We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join a new store opening in the heart of Charlotte, NC for a fast-casual dining team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Culture: Inspire and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations to ensure optimal performance, focusing on quality control, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, enhance profitability, and ensure the restaurant's growth.
- Compliance & Standards: Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and food quality regulations, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, driving the financial success of the restaurant.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community, enhancing our brand presence.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a management role within the fast-casual or casual dining industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence and team motivation.
- Proficient in financial management, with a deep understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with team members, customers, and the community.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
