Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Culture: Inspire and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations to ensure optimal performance, focusing on quality control, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, enhance profitability, and ensure the restaurant's growth.
• Compliance & Standards: Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and food quality regulations, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, driving the financial success of the restaurant.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community, enhancing our brand presence.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the fast-casual or full-service casual dining industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence and team motivation.
• Proficient in financial management, with a deep understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with team members, customers, and the community.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
