Salary up to $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and uphold high standards of service.
- Manage and Motivate Staff – Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Inventory Management – Efficiently handle ordering and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Customer Service – Proactively address and resolve customer complaints, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Support Strategic Planning – Assist the General Manager in making informed decisions for the restaurant's growth and success.
- Safety and Hygiene – Implement and maintain all safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Financial Monitoring – Track financial performance and assist in budgeting to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Familiarity with inventory management, financial monitoring, and a commitment to upholding safety and hygiene standards.
