Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As a Kitchen Manager at our bakery, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the kitchen. This includes creating and maintaining production schedules, ordering ingredients and supplies, and managing inventory levels. You will also oversee training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met. Another important aspect of this role is maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. You will also develop new recipes and menu items, as well as review and improve existing recipes. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders with professionalism and efficiency. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our bakery.   Join us in creating delicious treats that will bring joy to our customers every day!

  1. The Kitchen Manager must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team is required for the Kitchen Manager
  3. The Kitchen manager must have strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures. 
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required for the Kitchen Manager
  5. The Kitchen manager must be proficient in budgeting and inventory management
