Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the culinary staff. Ensuring all personnel is adhering to all safety, security and health regulations, maintaining absolute cleanliness and providing exceptional dishes to our guests 100% of the time will be among the responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager. The right candidate will be familiar with all operations of the kitchen and can assist in any position as the need arises. As our Kitchen Manager you are in the position to develop your career and we’re committed to assist you in becoming versed in functions of the Executive Chef such as product ordering, inventory control and scheduling. The Kitchen Manager will maintain a professional atmosphere and an open line of communication to ensure culinary staff concerns are dealt with appropriately.
