Your Role as Kitchen Manager
You’ll be at the helm of our kitchen operations, ensuring each service reflects our commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will shape a collaborative, high-performing kitchen team in alignment with our company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage and inspire back-of-house staff through clear communication, training, and mentorship.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with vendors to uphold our standards for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Control food costs and maintain budgetary goals through effective menu planning and portion management.

- At least 5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
