You must have high volume experience in a scratch kitchen.  This casual dining concept has great plans for growth.

Our Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant’s kitchen. The Restaurant’s Kitchen Manager supervises the kitchen staff and makes sure they are performing their duties appropriately. The Restaurant’s Kitchen Manager must also make sure the kitchen area meets health and safety requirements, as mandated by law.

Qualifications

  • Restaurant Kitchen Manager Candidates could have 2 plus years restaurant kitchen management experience
  • Experience in a full service restaurant preferred
  • Superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
  • Able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team

Most recently as an Area Director for Bob Evans Restaurants, he ran restaurants spread across a 3 state territory. Tim has also worked for Walt Disney World as a Chef as well as time spent early in his restaurant career in catering for a country club.
