Title of Position: Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef will collaborate with the management team to increase guest satisfaction, increase sales and ensure that food is prepared properly. The Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef will be responsible for mentoring the team by training Health Department guidelines and enforcing company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. The Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef will be responsible for all kitchen staff, including dish washers and line cooks. Our Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef will be required to fill in any position when needed, create the weekly schedule for kitchen employees and provide the weekly inventory list.

Qualifications:

· The Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef must have 2+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant

· A sincere desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager/Chef must possess

· The Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef must have a solid track record in achieving financial goals

· The Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef must live by a guest oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

· Knowledge of POS Restaurant 365 system is an advantage for the Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef
