Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
• Monitor productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage performance of Back of House employees through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Assist in developing Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through daily feedback.
• Conduct formal line taste and temp checks as part of inventory management responsibilities.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2 or more years as a GM or KM in a full-service restaurant concept
• Proficient in Word & Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations
• Detail-oriented
