Title: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As a Kitchen Manager, you'll ensure impeccable food quality and safety standards. From overseeing food production and service to managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining adherence to recipes, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless kitchen operation. Your responsibilities will also include plate presentation, managing food costs, labor costs, and maintaining kitchen supplies. By setting operational goals and utilizing effective systems and procedures, you'll strive to exceed budget expectations while complying with city and state regulations.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurant
· Demonstrated success and progressive career growth
· Excellent communication skills
· Culinary school background preferred, but not required
· Ability to work extended shifts, stand, sit, or walk for long periods
· Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, operate kitchen machinery and withstand changes in temperature
