We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who can lead our kitchen staff in the preparation of exceptional Mediterranean dishes, ensuring that every plate is up to our high standards in taste, quality, and presentation. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the daily operations of our kitchen, overseeing food preparations, and training our dedicated kitchen staff.
To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years as a Kitchen Manager or head chef or chef de cuisine, a certification in food safety and sanitation, and a demonstrated ability to lead a team. Experience in Greek Cuisine is a must. Exceptional leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail are crucial for this role. We would like someone who is creative and can help with menu design.
