General Job Description:  Kitchen Manager or Chef are to ensure high quality dishes are served on schedule, and have a proactive approach to prevent staff, food or maintenance related issues.  In addition, the Kitchen Manager also performs numerous administrative tasks and reporting to Senior Management. The right candidate will be able to effectively train and manage kitchen staff and supervise/coordinate all associated culinary activities; estimate food usage and food purchases. It may be required to choose and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality; establish presentation technique and quality standards; plan and price menus; ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.

  • Must have minimum 2 years consecutive employment with the same employer.
