Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will oversee the back-of-the-house operations with an unwavering commitment to delivering Legendary Scratch-Based Food. This role includes managing product ordering for the back-of-the-house, controlling food costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines. The Kitchen Manager will work closely and communicate effectively with other members of the management team, particularly the Service Manager, to facilitate seamless communication between the front and back of the house. The Kitchen Manager will receive guidance and development from the Managing Partner on a daily basis.

Requirements:

- Consistent support to the success of the operation is the priority for the Kitchen Manager

- The Kitchen Manager must be hands-on

- True passion for developing and mentoring others is a must for this position

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a kitchen supervisor, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
