Kitchen Manager at Family Style Buffet Restaurant
Are you passionate about food and have a knack for managing a bustling kitchen? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at a family-style buffet restaurant in Rockford, IL.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your expertise in culinary arts, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Develop and maintain standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
Benefits:
