Kitchen Manager
Neighborhood Favorite full-service Restaurant and Bistro

As an American fast casual restaurant, we prioritize healthy food and a positive work atmosphere. We are seeking a game-changing Chef to build out the menu and share our passion for great food, a fun culture, and a promising culinary career.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary based on experience (Up to $55k)

Key Qualifications:
· 3-5 Years as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
· Experience in a $2M+ Sales Volume Restaurant
· Menu Development
· Sanitation License and Food Handlers Certificate
· Ability to recruit, train, and develop the kitchen staff
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the production of our menu items, ensuring quality and sanitation standards.
· Train and onboard new staff, providing guidance and feedback.
· Maintain work areas, equipment, and food handling procedures to meet safety and health codes.
· Prepare food items for daily business and catered events.
· Monitor food rotation and inventory levels, ensuring wholesome and nutritious products.
· Assist with recipe development, menu planning, and reducing food waste.
· Provide input on performance reviews for kitchen staff.
· Act as a Key Holder, opening and closing the kitchen.
· Collaborate with other cooks to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
· Keep front-of-house staff updated on specials and changing menu items.
· Lead by example, showing up, working hard, helping others, and fostering a positive team environment.
