Our Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant’s kitchen. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager supervises the kitchen staff and makes sure they are performing their duties appropriately. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager must also make sure the kitchen area meets health and safety requirements, as mandated by law.
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager Candidates could have 2-5 plus years casual, full service restaurant kitchen management experience
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager should have experience in a full service restaurant preferred
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager should have superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager should be able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team

Craig has served on training, opening, menu & kitchen development teams for multiple concepts. Beginning as a server out of high school with Copper Cellar’s Calhoun’s, Craig worked his way to Kitchen Manager within three years. After relocating to South Carolina, Craig served as Kitchen Manager, General Manager and Corporate Chef of Café Enterprises Fatz Café. Craig acted as Steward of Greenville’s award winning City Range Steakhouse Grill for 5 years before being recruited to run a new upscale catering company, where he acted as both General Manager and Sous Chef. Following a move to Georgia with his family, Craig worked at Atlanta’s very own TacoMac- a high volume casual dining concept- where he served as Kitchen Manager, Manager and Corporate Trainer for over six years.
