Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement menus that align with the brand’s vision while appealing to our discerning clientele.
- Manage inventory, procurement of high-quality ingredients, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Analyze kitchen processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $70,000 with an attractive annual bonus program ranging between $15,000 to $20,000, rewarding performance and achievements.
