Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Exceptional knowledge of food handling, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in using various cooking appliances and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Great organizational and time-management abilities.
