Location: Tempe, AZ

Salary - $60,000-$65,000

Your Role:
As our Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef, you'll instill your passion for the culinary arts in our team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing a team of remarkable chefs, leading by example
- Fostering a high morale, teamwork-oriented environment
- Managing food and beverage cost control, including inventory
- Understanding P&L reports.

A passion for mentoring and developing others is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager is required.
