Title of Position:

Sushi Chef, Wok Chef and Kitchen Manager
Job Description:
The Manager will act as the leader of the restaurant management team by planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the restaurant while adhering to the company’s absolutes, which include: solid leadership, embracing our people culture, always serving impeccable food and perfect beverage, creating the perfect experience, maintain a sanitary, safe, and spotlessly clean restaurant. The Manager in this position will manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, 100% interaction with the guest and ensuring the guest’s needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance. The Manager will keep track of purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards, will assess staffing needs, and will act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

  •  The Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
  •  A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Manager
  •  A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Manager
  •  The Manger must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  •  The Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
