Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager you will be held accountable for all Kitchen staff of the restaurant. Spectacular communication skills are needed, as well as an outgoing and unreserved personality. It will be crucial to maintain an open line of communication between front and back of house personnel to ensure food and Kitchen excellence are consistently maintained. Our ideal Kitchen Manager will set high expectations and develop the Kitchen staff to take ownership and exceed standards. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager to help build sales and create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
