We are a full-service classy casual restaurant that is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each dish that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of exceptional. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented chefs and cooks and will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating them to ensure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing delicious and innovative recipes that set us apart from the competition
- Creating and managing inventory to ensure that we always have the freshest ingredients on hand
- Training and coaching our team of chefs and cooks to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience
- Ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and safely at all times
