Responsibilities include:
- Running the kitchen, ensuring every guest is wowed
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching your team to greatness
- Maintaining top-notch food safety practices and high-quality standards
- Monitoring inventory, completing orders, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assisting in the kitchen during peak hours
Qualifications for the Kitchen Manager:
- A passion for food and experience in kitchen management
- Excellent communication skills with an organized, patient, and driven mindset
- Ability to stay calm and cool under pressure, rising to any challenge
- A sense of humor and a fun-loving attitude
