Title of Position: Restaurant Back of House Manager, Kitchen Manager

Job Description: As a Kitchen Manager you will be expected to create an quality dining experience for our guests, supportive and fun culture for employees, and financial success for your restaurant. Our Kitchen Manager will manage all aspects of management including all kitchen management duties. The restaurant must meet the company’s standards of quality and service. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will focus on the delivery of excellent customer service, direct and support team members and manage the restaurant’s profit and loss. The Kitchen Manager will also prepare kitchen employees' schedules and ensure the restaurant is staffed during all shifts.

Qualifications:
