Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manger will oversee all BOH operations in the restaurant. This person will ensure guest total satisfaction, increase sales and increase profitability by following company policies and procedures and will oversee all hiring, training and development of BOH employees and their continued development. The Kitchen Manager will ensure food safety and sanitation and will monitor food and beverage quality and execution. This person will conduct weekly inventories to make sure proper amounts are stocked and to assess ordering patterns and make necessary adjustments when need. You will also prepare and receive orders of food and beverages and will monitor and validate daily prep production.

  • 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creating high quality food
  • A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures
