Title of Position - Kitchen Manager
Job Description:The Kitchen Manager will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our guests and Team Members, increasing sales numbers, and ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training their team in Health Department guidelines, educating them in company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Our Kitchen Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen equipment to ensure all are performing up to company standard.

After relocating to South Carolina, Craig served as Kitchen Manager, General Manager and Corporate Chef of Café Enterprises Fatz Café. Craig acted as Steward of Greenville’s award winning City Range Steakhouse Grill for 5 years before being recruited to run a new upscale catering company, where he acted as both General Manager and Sous Chef. Following a move to Georgia with his family, Craig worked at Atlanta’s very own TacoMac- a high volume casual dining concept- where he served as Kitchen Manager, Manager and Corporate Trainer for over six years.
