Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As our Kitchen Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing all back of the house operations. Recruiting, training and developing the culinary staff will be expected of our Kitchen Manager. Administrative duties such as product ordering, food inventory, and culinary staff scheduling will all be responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. - The Kitchen Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
