Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description:The Kitchen Manager will be held accountable for all back of the house functions of the restaurant. All dishes will be created according to recipe and presented according to high standards put in place by the Kitchen Manager. Maintaining a sanitary and well-organized kitchen will be the function of the Kitchen Manager. Ensuring compliance with all company policies as well as state health and safety regulations will be the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager as well. The Kitchen Manager will also guarantee that the culinary staff remains aware of new menu item preparation and presentation by constantly training and developing the team. Back of the house, administrative functions such as product ordering, food inventory, and culinary staff scheduling will also be the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager.

- This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high volume environment
