Title of Position – Culinary Manager/Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Culinary Manager / Kitchen Manager will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our kitchen personnel and Team Members, increasing sales numbers by ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling clean and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Culinary Manager will be responsible for training their team in delivering great quality food, good flavor profiles, beautiful plate presentation, and educating staff on company policies regarding proper food handling. Our Culinary Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen procedures to ensure all people are performing up to company standards.

Qualifications:

•This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
•A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
•A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
•The Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef must live by a kitchen forward philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
•Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
