The Role: As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the back-of-the-house operations, ensuring that our delicious dishes are served to perfection. Strong leadership skills, commitment to food safety, and effective communication are essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all product ordering for the back-of-the-house
- Managing and controlling food costs
- Ensuring food safety guidelines are met
- Working closely and communicating effectively with other managers and team members
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role within a scratch-based kitchen
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
