Title of Position – Kitchen Manager
Job Description: We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day! The right candidate for this job will also possess a strong background in high volume, full-service kitchens. Duties will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures set in place. Our ideal Kitchen Manager is flexible and a customer-focused individual who thrives in a sophisticated atmosphere while maintaining an approachable casual feel.

Qualifications:
- The Kitchen Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
- The Kitchen Manager must possess the ability to ensure proper food prep and presentation
- The ability to delegate while maintaining control is required for the Kitchen Manager
- The Kitchen Manager must have basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional leadership and knowledge of food and beverage operations are required for the Kitchen Manager.
