Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: As our Kitchen Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing all back of the house operations. Recruiting, training and developing the culinary staff will be expected of our Kitchen Manager. Administrative duties such as product ordering, food inventory and culinary staff scheduling will all be responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be essential to ensure front and back of the house employees can work together seamlessly. As the Kitchen Manager you’ll create a pleasant working environment focused around teamwork and remain positive and professional at all times.

Qualifications:

  • The Kitchen Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
  • Having a solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager
  • The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Kitchen Manager
  • The Kitchen Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
