Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee assigned unit operations and maintain relationships with Hourly Employees, Corporate and Regional Employees and guests. The role will encompass recruiting,
training and retention of employees. Ensure food complies with SOP, including specifications, recipes, plating and garnishes. Serve food to the correct temperature, quality and presentation, within standard ticket times, and more!

Qualifications:
·        The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
·        Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
·        The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Kitchen Manager
·        The Kitchen Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
·        This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager
