Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager must be outgoing and not afraid to bring their own enthusiasm and fun into the workplace and share our vision of being the Premiere Sports Bar. The Kitchen Manager will work side by side with the General Manager and assist in overseeing product quality and operational standards, develop team members, manage profitability and oversee the budget and reporting. Our Kitchen Manager will need to have the ability to be responsible for inventory levels, food cost control and BOH labor management.

Qualifications:

  • The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Kitchen Manager
  • A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Kitchen Manager
  • This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
