Experienced Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager

- Collaborate closely with the head chef and other departments for efficient coordination of kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sous chef/kitchen manager or in a similar culinary leadership role.
- Exceptional culinary skills, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
