Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager is the HEART of our operation. You will be the director of the kitchen and the culinary specialist who will keep our kitchen in pristine operating conditions. The Kitchen Manager will be the head trainer of a talented group of BOH employees, will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and retaining the very best in the industry, and will HAVE to celebrate the team's successes, train them in the latest menu rollouts, and develop their strengths. The Kitchen Manager will be expected to increase sales, guest counts and drive overall results through your team.
