Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager will be in control of our restaurants' kitchen operations and help continue to grow our consumer brand and loyal customer base. The Kitchen Manager must have an exceptionally upbeat attitude and be able to fit in with our very warm environment. Our display kitchens are our center point, therefore cleanliness and appropriate kitchen procedures will be a major priority for you. The Kitchen Manager will be coaching and developing kitchen team members. We are passionate about a lot of things, but our people are at the top of the list. Also, you will be responsible for inventory levels, food cost control and BOH labor management.
- The Kitchen Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Kitchen Manager
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager
- The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Kitchen Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all time
