Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager will oversee all daily functions of the kitchen. This will include food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training of our employees, and cost control. The Kitchen Manager will play a key role by coaching and motivating the kitchen staff to work in a timely manner and ensure the overall smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis. The kitchen Manager must be comfortable running a high volume kitchen, must be eager to teach, be dependable, energetic and must possess a high level of honesty, integrity and ethics.
