As a Kitchen Manager in our Surprise, AZ location, you'll set the rhythm of the day, leading and teaching our teammates in the heart of our kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about preparing great food and wishes to elevate their career in the culinary world.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing our diverse menu to ensure optimal freshness and availability.
- Conducting thorough line checks.
- Training and development through effective coaching and teaching.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Planning and execution of food preparation to meet customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to team effort and supporting in accomplishing related results.

Don started his restaurant career as an entry level assistant manager and quickly learned what it takes to advance up the management ranks. 13 months later, he was promoted to GM. Putting other people first and helping those around you shine has been a philosophy and practice that he has lived by for 30 years.
Don is excited to utilize his operational experience, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to match talented people with fulfilling careers. Don is married to his wife Jana and they both enjoy boating, beach, and golf.
