Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will oversee training and mentoring for all kitchen staff, instilling our company’s culture, standards, and operations to create an exceptional guest experience. They will manage food and labor costs effectively by providing ongoing training on cost control. Attending weekly management meetings, fostering teamwork, and cultivating a vibrant atmosphere are key responsibilities. The Kitchen Manager will optimize ordering to maintain quality stock levels and ensure all dishes are prepared to recipe standards, served with precision in temperature and presentation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume experience as a Kitchen Manager is required for this role.
- Demonstrated commitment to mentoring and developing staff is essential for the Kitchen Manager position.
- Proven track record of delivering positive financial outcomes is a key requirement for the Kitchen Manager.
- The Kitchen Manager should exhibit a strong focus on guest satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary for the Kitchen Manager role.
