Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the Executive Kitchen Manager in leading our team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, and execute proper food safety and sanitation procedures. The Kitchen Manager contributes to the increase of sales and guest counts by delivering a superior guest experience. The Kitchen Manager supports the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure menu items are executed with 100% excellence, 100% of the time, and supports managing quality control in all aspects of their position.

Qualifications: · Proven success as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or casual dining restaurant
· The Kitchen Manager should have a strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
· The Kitchen Manager must have proven ability to train and develop a team
· The Kitchen Manager must be knowledgeable of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
· The Kitchen Manager must have a stable job history that demonstrates upward career progression
