Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory management: Maintain inventory and order supplies while controlling waste and spoilage.
• Guest experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest experiences, including accommodating special requests and resolving issues.
• Health compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a managerial role.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation and coaching.
• Operational knowledge: Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and proper handling techniques.
