Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager to meet financial goals through cost control and menu planning.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies while controlling waste and spoilage.
• Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest experiences, including accommodating special requests and resolving issues.
• Health Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a managerial role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation and coaching.
