As a Kitchen Manager with our restaurant, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of culinary professionals and coordinating all kitchen activities to ensure a flawless dining experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure quality food is delivered in a timely manner
- Leading and coaching culinary professionals to maximize their potential
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and labor costs
- Maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Proficiency in managing inventory and ordering supplies
We offer competitive compensation and benefits that include dental, life, medical, and vision coverage, as well as a salary of up to $65,000.
