Lead Cook - Resort Property - Great Culture ! 


As a Lead Cook, you'll be all over the place where food magic happens. You'll be the driving force behind menu innovation, daily specials, and churning out scrumptious meals in bulk. Plus, you'll be the boss of food prep, flavors, and the whole cooking shebang.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Get the lowdown on all the policies and procedures and stay on top of them.
  • Knock it out of the park by nailing those industry standards for prepping, serving, and storing food.
  • Cook up a storm following the recipes like a pro.
  • Delegate those cleaning duties like a boss.
  • Make sure the kitchen is prepped and ready for the next shift.
  • Keep things spick and span by ticking off those cleaning lists like a champ.
  • Get the newbies up to speed with kitchen know-how.
  • Keep tabs on production and waste, day in, day out.
  • Get those creative juices flowing by pitching in for menu creation and daily specials.
  • Keep an eagle eye on the kitchen crew and the quality of the food they whip up.
  • Be the cheerleader for the culinary team's growth and development.
  • Stay on top of health code regulations and industry standards like a pro.
  • Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is out.


What You Bring to the Table:


  • Two years of rocking a full-service kitchen under your belt.
  • Know-how in prepping food, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping inventory in check.
  • The mojo to lead, direct, and handle staffing levels like a seasoned pro.
