Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent related work experience or training.

• Preferably 2 years’ Front Desk supervisory skills and hotel/resort operations experience.

• Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.

• Computer skills required.

• Strong guest and team member relations skills.

• Physical ability to perform tasks that require walking, standing, bending, and occasionally driving a golf cart.


Job Responsibilities:


As a Front Office Manager in our Sedona location, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all Guest Services departments including, Front Desk, PBX, Bell Staff, Group Rooms Coordinator, and Concierge departments.

• Providing visionary and strategic direction to the team.

• Monitoring payroll and labor costs, creating department budgets, and effectively controlling expenses.

• Implementing and ensuring adherence to service standards for a consistent high-quality guest experience.

• Interacting with VIP’s, Homeowners, and Group Coordinators as necessary.

• Conducting performance reviews and hiring new staff as necessary for the departments.

• Acting as Manager on Duty as required, working closely with all departments to ensure luxury service standards are practiced.
