Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description: Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the physical building structure, performing general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical and finish work. The Maintenance Manager must ensure that all systems operate to regulatory standards, all property assets are constantly maintained to the highest level and all legally mandated safety operating systems/criteria are adhered to by all. The Maintenance Manager must work effectively with the department managers to prioritize work orders through urgent request and establish hotel area down times to minimize inconveniencing guests. The Maintenance Manager must respond to guest room calls as required and complete all assigned preventative maintenance procedures. Managing landscaping operations by use of vendors to ensure appearance is exhibiting high standards which also includes courtyard, pool, spas, sauna ,fire pit and gas heaters.

- The Maintenance Manager must have a minimum 3 years’ experience at a Maintenance Manager level or facilities engineer in a Hospitality related environment including work with minor electrical, painting, plumbing and A/C repairs
- Appropriate technical schooling is appropriate for the Maintenance Manager position
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and ability to obtain or maintain a CPO and any government required license, certificate or permit is required for the Maintenance Manager
- The Maintenance Manager must be able to work well with members of all departments within the hotel and promote a cordial and caring attitude toward all other department heads
