Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Los Angeles
Salary: Up to $75,000 per annum, plus bonus and insurance benefits
We are a farm-to-table fast-casual restaurant located in Los Angeles, CA, committed to serving fresh and flavorful meals. We're currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-casual restaurant teams, a passion for farm-fresh food, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests
Manage all staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and service
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Control operational costs, implementing strategies to cut waste and improve efficiency
Regularly review product quality, initiating changes to the menu as necessary and sourcing from new vendors when appropriate
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance, including staff performance, financial targets, and operational efficiency to upper management
Drive marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and attract new customers
Minimum of 1 years of management experience in a fast-casual restaurant
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Passion for and knowledge of farm-fresh food and ingredients
