Title of Position: Front of the House Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the manager, you will oversee all aspects of the front of house operations, including managing and training staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards for service. You will also assist with creating schedules, inventory management, and budgeting for the front of house department. With your leadership skills and strong communication abilities, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations on a daily basis. Other key responsibilities include handling guest complaints and ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed by staff. You will also work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent quality standards for food and beverage service.   Overall, the Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role is required for the Front of House Manager
  • The Front of House Manager must have a proven track record in providing exceptional guest service and managing a team 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to handle high-stress situations with poise and professionalism is a must of the Front of House Manager
  • The Front of House Manager must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations with poise and professionalism are required for the Front of House Manager
