We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at the Rialto, CA location.


Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager at California Fish Grill in Rialto, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing the team, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and driving profitability. The position offers a competitive base compensation of up to $60,000 per year.


Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

Train, supervise, and motivate team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to enhance the guest experience.

Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supplies, to meet financial objectives.

Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accurate and timely product deliveries.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Create and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, making recommendations for operational enhancements.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in computer systems and restaurant management software.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
